Incheon City Bus Tour

My solo exploration today took me on a city bus tour around Incheon. It was a hop-off, hop-on bus that made a loop. Only myself and another lady were on the bus, so we sat in the front upstairs seats of a double-decker! After we crossed the longest cable-suspension bridge in Korea we drove past the airport and I hopped off at Eulwangni Beach. It wasn’t crowded at all since the weather was cool and drizzling. I walked down to the wharf and took pictures, then walked up to a rooftop café for treats. I chose not to hop off at the next two stops because they were for resorts (with shopping, casinos, and entertainment) and I just wanted to sightsee.

It began to pour rain on the ride back so I hopped off at the G-Tower which has a 33rd floor observatory and history display. Since it was close to the final bus stop, I just had to check out the local Costco! Hahaha! It was similar to ours but the food options were quite interesting.

After a coffee pick-me-up at a café, Caroline met me for dinner. We ate tteokbokki again, but this time I tried the fish cakes in soup. Yummy! We got street food bungeoppang (Korean fish shaped pastry) for dessert. Before I had the traditional red bean fish. Tonight it was cream custard filled and it was absolutely delicious!

Finally, another reminder of how clean and quiet these subways are!!!
